Also called Java tea, orthosiphon's leaves increase bile and urine flow, thus eliminating urea and uric acid. Its ingredients also assist with liver functions and elimination of fats and cholesterol.
Orthosiphon is used in cases of kidney stones and bladder inflammation, liver or gall bladder disorders, rheumatism and gout, excessive cholesterol, and slimming programmes sometimes in conjunction with Mouse Ear or Grape Marc. |
