The proverb called ''in the small barrel, the wine is good'', and this saying goes like a glove to this small organization of the vegetable world which, in few microns (between 2 and 8) contains a trésor.
This micro alga is, compared to its weight, three times richer in chlorophyl than the alfalfa (2.1 per 100 G) and we know how much the action purifying chlorophyl on blood and the liver helps with better assimilating the nutriments.
It is not all: chlorophyl has an antiacid effect at the gastric level and this intervenes before the feeling of satiété.
If to celà we add the 8 essential amino-acids contents in the chlorella, and in particular the phenylalaline and its influence on the nerve centre which controls the hunger, we obtain a friendly food complement of all those which want to face the problems of weight correctly.
